Olson
Park
The Park District acquired Olson Park through a donation from the school in 1962. The Park was named in honor of a former Park commissioner, Arthur W. Olson, who served the District for 29 years from 1933-1961. The Park District owns the eastern half of the park. The Western half of the park is owned by the School District and maintained by the Park District.
