Introduce your child to the lifetime sport of tennis at Deer Creek Racquet Club. Our progressive program is structured from beginning to advanced skill levels for preschoolers through high schoolers. Kids will be hitting the ball and having fun from the first moment they step on the court! Our experienced teaching professionals customize the curriculum to ensure all students get the most from their instruction.

New juniors registering for lessons (except for Red Ball 1-2, Orange Ball 1 and Green Dot 1) must be evaluated first. Contact Richard Watson at 847.579.4127 for an appointment.

The Park District does not guarantee make-ups for missed classes.

Please take a moment to call our desk at 847.433.5450 and let us know about any future absence and follow these guidelines when making up a class.

1. Limit of two make-ups per session.
2. Classes may only be made up during the session in which the classes were missed.
3. Participant must make up at their level or below; never above.
4. If participant did not notify the club of an absence prior to their scheduled lesson, they are not able to make up that class.
5. If participant shows up to a class that is full, they may not attend the class.
6. If participant does not show up after reserving a spot, it will still count as their make-up.

Prior to a new session, junior classes with one or two participants will be moved to another class on another day and time. 

Adult members may teach their children during non-peak times. No uncles, cousins, in-laws, brother/sister, etc. One ball hopper will be supplied.

1. Refunds must be requested at least one day before the session start date (Note: One-day or special events must be requested at least 10 days before the event start date). Refunds requested on or after the program start date will not be honored.
   • A $12 service fee per program will be assessed if the refund is requested 10 or more days prior to the session start date. A $24 service fee per program will be assessed if the refund is requested less than 10 days prior to the session start date. No refunds permitted if requested less than one day prior to the start date of the session.
2. A full refund will be issued if a Park District class is canceled due to lack of enrollment.
3. Registration and the applicable payment are non-transferable between individuals.
4. We do our best to issue refunds as soon as possible, but sometimes delays are necessary to ensure accuracy. Refunds by check can take 2-4 weeks to issue. A refund to your charge card may be processed within 3 business days; however, the credit may not appear on your statement until the next billing cycle.
