To accommodate crews working on the Senior Center, from Thurs., Aug 1 through Sat., Aug 3 the Recreation Center elevator will be out of service. On Thurs., Aug 1, from 8am to noon, the Recreation Center locker rooms will be closed and the entrance to the Center will be limited to the southeast side, next to the lobby and the emergency exit.  Also, on Thurs., Aug 1, from noon to 5pm, the Recreation Center’s pool and locker rooms will be closed and the hot water will be shut off. How do I purchase a lakefront parking decal or beach pass?

Lakefront Parking Decals: In-person purchase is required at the Recreation Center of Highland Park (1207 Park Ave West), Rosewood Beach (883 Sheridan Road) and Hidden Creek AquaPark (1220 Frederick Pl). You must show proof of residency and purchase your decal.

Rosewood Beach Passes: Resident beach passes are free and valid for three years. If you received a Beach Pass in 2022 or 2023, you do not need to pick up a new one. To get a new beach pass or replacement pass, you can get them with proof of residency at the Recreation of Highland Park (1207 Park Ave West) beginning Friday, March 1.

Non-resident beach passes are available for a fee and are valid for one year. These beach passes are available for purchase at the Recreation Center of Highland Park (1207 Park Ave West) beginning Friday, March 1. Beach passes may also be purchased at Rosewood Beach (883 Sheridan Road) and Hidden Creek AquaPark (1220 Frederick Pl) starting on Saturday, May 25.
